As you lift the glass to your nose, you're immediately greeted by a tantalising blend of scents, like strolling through an apple orchard on a sunny day. Roasted Granny Smith green apples steal the show, their zesty sweetness dancing with the cozy fragrances of cinnamon and star anise.
The apple pie essence is unmistakable, with a delightful fusion of baked apple sweetness and warm, earthy cinnamon. Four months of barrel aging adds a gentle woody complexity, bringing extra depth to the spirit.
As apples are gently baked, something truly magical happens. The heat unlocks a whole new dimension of flavour, as the natural sugars in the apples caramelise. The gin is infused with this rich, luscious light sweetness that dances off the palate.
